- All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Once shipped, delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order and are subject to product availability.
- In case of an exchange due to size issues or a change of preference, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping and delivery charges for the exchange.
- Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For size exchanges, customers must bear the return shipping charges as well as any applicable re-shipping charges for the replacement item.
- Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and verified.
