Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags intact.
• Exchanges are allowed only once per order and subject to availability.
• Refunds are available only in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Intimates, bodysuits, socks, sale/discounted items, and customized orders are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

2. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refund Method

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing shubham@laze.co.in with photos and order details.
